This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles, establishes the hydrocarbon exploitation policy within the Maritime Shelf of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. It creates tender or bid process, as public competition system which will be used for concession of free petroleum deposit blocks, in exclusive negotiation conditions between the National Public Enterprise for oil exploitation PETROGUIN and the authorized company.
