This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles, establishes the regime applicable to all contracts for raw cow milk commercialisation, according to EU Parliament and Council Regulation No. 261/2012. It defines all aspects involved to the above mentioned activity and establishes the requirements to be satisfied for cow milk comercialisation. Offences and penalties for illegal activity are specified in the text.
