This Decree-Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes the structure of the Ministry of Tourism (MT). It specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to: design, regulate, perform, coordinate and assess defined policies on tourism, arts and culture. In addition, this ministry is responsible for: proposing policies and designing necessary projects to regulate this sector, according to the Strategic Development Plano (PED); contributing for dynami
