This Decree-Law establishes the maximum limits of hexaclorocycle-hexane to be discharged in water and soil according to EC Council Directive No. 84/491 of 9 October. The main objective of this Decree-Law is to establish quality standards, methods for treatment, disposal and control the hexaclorocycle-hexane (HCH).
