A Decree-Law establishing a financial assistance to be given for agricultural equipments damaged by hurracane occurred in December 1998. It consists of 8 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these credits which shall be issued for a five-years term under the competence of IFADAP (Institution of Financial Assistance to the Development of Agriculture and Fisheries).
