This Decree-Law regulates the External Trade of animal products. It consists of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex divided as follows: Objectives and definitions (Chap. 1); External trade activity requirements (2); Appellation of origin and sanitary certificate (3); Offence and penalties (4); Final provisions (5). Licensing procedures are specified in the text. Annex lists the classification of fish, meat and other products needing a sanitary certificate.
