This Decree-Law approves the Regulation for wines production with appellation of origin «Bairrada». It consists of the Regulation (divided in 13 articles) for Bairrada wine production (including white, rosé, red and natural sparkling wine standards). It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to produce and place on the market the aforementioned wines. Methods of irrigation and traditional techniques for oenological practices are specified in the text.
