The Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries (MADRP "Ministério da Agricultura, do Desenvolvimento Rural e das Pescas") is a governmental institution created for the implementation of policy in the fields of: agriculture, livestock, forestry, rural development and fisheries. This Decree-Law is divided into 4 Chapters regulating the structure and competence of this Ministry.
