This Decree-Law amends Annex I of Decree-Law No. 94/98 establishing technical regulations for pesticide production and trade. It consists of 5 articles and 2 annexes including certain active substances ('espiroxamina' and 'azimsulfurão') into the Annex I. It specifies requirements to be met by the aforementioned substances (including purity criteria and specific conditions to be satisfied) in order to be placed on the market.
