This Decree-Law regulates the Controlling System for Fishing Activity "SIFICAP". It consists of 3 chapters establishing: Competent authorities entitled to carry out controls and to manage the fishing sector (Chap. 1); Objectives and definition of the controlling system for a better management of this sector (2); Registration and log-book requirements (3).
