This Decree-Law approves the Regulation for recreational navigation. The Regulation consists of 12 Chapters and 6 Annexes divided as follows: Objectives (chap. 1); Classification of performing areas (chap. 2); Classification of vessels (chap. 3); Registration of vessels (chap. 4); Necessary equipment (chap. 5); Safety on navigation (chap. 6); Licensing (chap. 7); Crew and vessel conditions (chap. 8); Vessels not registered in Macau (chap. 9); Other provisions (chap. 10); Sanctions and penalties
