This Decree-Law, composed of two articles, implements EC Directive No. 2005/46CE of 8 July 2005 and EC Directive 2005/48/CE of 23 August 2005 by providing the new maximum residues limits for pesticides and thus amending Decree-Law No. 51/2004 of 10 March 2004.
