This Decree-Law, composed of six articles and one Annex, introduces in the national legal order EC Directive No. 2005/53/CE of 16 September 2005 ruling on the classification of certain active substances (i.e. clortalonil, cipermetrina, daminozida, tiofanato-metilo, bifenazato and milbemectina) in the Positive Community List (LPC) of the EU. Moreover, it amends Annex one of Decree-Law No. 94/98 of 15 April 1994. Particular attention is devoted to the issuing of authorizations, on products’ market
