This Decree is composed of 20 articles and four Annexes. It regulates the concession to the National Fuel Company of Angola – Economic State Unit (Sonangol-U.E.E.) of rights for mining, exploration, research, development and liquid and gas fuels within the area defined in Annex A. The Decree-Law defines the concessionary’s rights and obligations and regulates the participation of foreign companies in exploration activities. Particular attention is paid to the regulation of guaranties regarding n
