This Decree-Law regulates cargo activity to be performed within the harbours of Macau under the control of the Port Authority. It consists of 5 Chapters and 1 Annex establishing the requirements to be satisfied for performing cargo maritime activity within the waters under the jurisdiction of Macau. This Decree-Law does not apply for local traffic ships, artisanal fishing vessels and recreational boats.
