Decree-Law No. 92/2006 amending Decree-Law No. 366-A/97 on the management of packaging-related waste.

This Decree-Law is composed of three articles. It implements EC Directive No. 2004/12/CE on packaging and packaging waste. It also amends, accordingly, Decree-Law No. 366-A/97 of 20 December 1997. The amendments mainly deal with the criteria for “packaging” definition and the materials’ identification system.
