This Decree-Law amends the general regime for the National Catalogue of agricultural plant species varieties. Amendments deal with Annexes I and II on the updated minimum requirements to perform testing and exams on plant species varieties. These plant varieties must be included in the National List of Agricultural Plant Varieties, according to this 10th amendments to Decree-Law No. 154/2004.
