This Decree-Law creates the Fund for the Control of the Exclusive Economic Zone. It consists of 14 articles specifying the sectors for which the aforementioned Fund shall give a financial assistance in order to enforce the control on illegal activities and on the fulfilment of the provisions on maritime navigation safety.
