This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 20 articles and seven Annexes, lays down details on: (a) conditions, procedures and deadlines of the application for assessment of active substance, safener, synergists or adjuvants and for authorization and repackaging of plant protection products; (b) conditions, procedures and deadlines of the application for extension of the authorization of plant protection products for minor uses.
