The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes the index of significant water flows. Furthermore, it lays down provisions concerning the monitoring of: (i) conditions of river basins; (ii) functioning of waterworks; (iii) renovation of natural basins of water flows.
