This Decree establishes special measures to be applied within the national territory to combat apple proliferation phytoplasma. The Regional Phytosanitary Services shall carry out annual surveys and inspections and shall transmit all the relevant information to the Central Phytosanitary Service. Particular preventive measures shall be applied by producers of apple propagation material.
