Decree laying down the National Plan on Waste Prevention.

The present Decree sets forth the National Plan on Waste Prevention, which is adopted pursuant to the obligation of Member States provided under Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste. The aim is to break the link between economic growth and the environmental impacts associated with the generation of waste.
