The present Decree sets forth the regulatory framework concerning the recognition of fruit and vegetables producers’ organizations and related associations. The Decree defines the administrative procedure to be followed, the documentation to be submitted by organizations and associations applying for such recognition. Recognition may be requested as per specific products or groups of products. Regional authorities are in charge of recognition and monitoring functions.
