Decree laying down provisions concerning flood areas, environmental targets and water planning.

The Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of 11 articles and six Annexes. The determination of areas by the competent regional offices of environment is regulated under Annex 1. Environmental targets are defined for achieving good levels of water quality within 2015. Further provisions deal with management plans of flood areas.
