This Decree makes provision on the genetic and health certification of propagative materials for fruit plants, in compliance with Ministerial Decree on the organization of the national service of voluntary certification of plant propagating material for fruit plants. It defines the procedure concerning the registration of such materials in the certification system envisaged.
