Pursuant to article 99, paragraph 1 of the Code on the Environment, the present Decree sets out technical rules governing the reuse of domestic, urban and industrial effluent waste waters, with a view to reducing the exploitation of surface waters and groundwater and, at the same time, ensuring the protection of water resources.
