This Decree of the Ministry of Environment is composed of seven articles and two Annexes. The amount of water introduced into the water supply system is measured with the dedicated meter or with the water meters of water consumption if the amount of water introduced into the water supply system is not measured. The amount of waste water introduced into the public sewerage is secured with a technical appropriate meter.
