The technical materials of pesticides, specified in the Attachment, shall be registered and granted permanent permits, which shall be valid for five years (art. 1). The technical materials of pesticides can only be stored in containers with origin labels, and can only be used for the manufacture of registered pesticide formulations (arts. 3 and 4). Obligations of registration holders are outlined in article 5. Permits may be changed, replaced or revoked as provided for in article 6.
