Decree of the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry No. 507/Kpts/TP.270/10/2000 on the Registration of Pesticides for Export.

The purpose of this Decree is the registration of pesticides for export. Pesticides and their registration numbers listed in the Attachment shall be used only for export purposes (art. 1). The registration of the pesticides shall be effective for five years (art. 2). Article 3 provides for obligations of holders of registration. The registration may be revoked as specified in article 5.
