The Decree provides for the Manual for Prime Method of Animal Drugs manufacturing (CPOHB) , a guideline intended for those involved in producing animal drugs who, when compliant with it, shall be granted a CPOHB Certificate stating that their production fulfils the requirements for the processing of raw materials, finished and unfinished products.
