This Decree provides for provisional licences pursuant to article 8 of Decree No. 280/Kpts/Um/6/1973 for the placing on the market of pesticides the registration of which is applied for and the pesticides have been tested and evaluated, and have fulfilled effective requirements, but for which additional information is required before final licences can be issued.
