Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No. 934/Kpts/TP.270/8/99 on the Change in Names of Active Substances and Formulas of Pesticide.

This Decree provides for the change of the names of pesticides' active substances and formulas as listed in the Attachment. Pesticides using the old names shall not be imported or domestically produced (art. 3). Old pesticide products shall be distributed and used within one year from the date of stipulation of this Decree (arts. 4 and 5).
