The Decree ratifies the operation permit, functions and activities of the Special Port of PERTAMINA, among whose are those of environmental management, waste disposal and storage of potentially contaminating substances/materials shipped in the port, anchorage and docking and, more generally, assistance and support of local oil and natural gas mining activities.
