According to this Decree the exploration, exploitation, drilling for and taking of undergroundwater for mines and energy purposes is subject to the issue of a licence. Further provisions concern: the procedure and requirements for the licence application, the obligations of the licensed companies (i.e., installation of proper equipment, payment of fees, reporting etc.), and the control and supervision of the of all site operations.
