The Decree provides for the importation of brown and white rice in Indonesia as part of a foreign aid plan, aiming to stabilize rice price covering the costs of rice delivering from abroad, handling, packaging and processing charged to the Board of Logistics (BULOG). In Attachment I it is pointed out how to calculate delivery price for brown rice on the appointed budget.
