This Decree lays down some rules relative to the exportation of sawn timber. Article 1 prescribes the types of sawn timber that may be exported. The quantity of timber that may be exported shall be adjusted every year in accordance with needs of sustainability of forest resources and the environment (art. 2). Requirements for companies that may export timber are set out in article 3. Other provisions deal with method of payment (art. 4), presentation of monthly export plans by exporters (art. 5)
