This Ministerial Decree establishes control over trading in cooking oil and granulated sugar so as to direct the production of mentioned state companies to cooperatives and small and medium scale businesses. Palm nut oil shall be sold to the Indonesian Distribution Cooperatives (KDI) who shall estimate their purchase needs at east one month in advance. The price shall be established by agreement. KDI may purchase also oil from other processors.
