The Decree provides for the Fishery Exploitation Levies (PPP) and Fishery Produce Levies (PHP) to be paid for by fishermen and fishery Companies on the basis of their fishing vessels gross tonnage (GT). Both PPP and PHP are closely related to the concession of fishing licenses. Technical requirements on procedures of payments are reported in the Decree.
