Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Finance No. 1971/98 relative to rates of levy on the timber and other forestry products extracted from public land.

This Decree established the rates of logging charges for logging of timber on public domain land and the gathering of other forestry products (comma 1). It also established a method for the measurement of timber (comma 3). The rates shall be revised at least once a year. Rates for incidental logging shall be at least double the rates here specified. Some rates for timber are expressed in percentage of export value (5 percent). (1 article)
