This Decree contains directions for the transportation of forest products, in implementation of section 45, second comma of the Forestry Management Act 1992. The directions, contained in the Schedule, concern timber, charcoal, fuelwood, leaves, seeds and beans. Articles 3, 5 and 6 provide for various matters regarding transport documents.
