Each registered transporter of forestry products and operator of a wood processing activity as mentioned in sections 46 and 47 of the Forestry Management Act 1992 shall be required to submit, at the request of the Chief of National Forestry Management, all relevant information as specified in article 3. This information regards type and quantity of forestry products processed, type and quantity of products obtained from processing, international and local market prices, processing capacity and s
