Decree of the Minister of Natural Resources No. 212 of 2000 implementing comma 4 of section 32 of the Forestry Management Act 1992 to establish the contents of the Logging Register.

This Decree prescribes a model of registration of information regarding logging of timber the in the Logging Register for reasons of collection of levy on logging. Holders of concessions or logging permits shall submit the register to the nearest forest guard within eight days after felling. Proof of payment and original of the register shall be submitted to the Chief of National Forestry Management within ten days after felling.
