This Decree establishes criteria for the approval of transfer of exploration permit in the sense of section 23 or a concession in the sense of section 25 of the Forestry Management Act 1992. Sections 17, 21 and 29 of the Act shall be observed. Article 3 concerns the procedure of application for transfer of a concession or permit.
