This Decree establishes rates of the charge on transfer of a forestry concession (at two hundred percent of the yearly charge due for the right of concession) and the transfer of an exploration right (being equal to the rate of the yearly charge for an exploration right). The charge on the transfer shall be paid to the Central Collection Office before transfer takes places.
