Decree No. 125 establishes guidelines for the use of seized foreign fishing crafts. Here a team responsible for implementing these guidelines is established and its members appointed. The team shall make an inventory of the number and conditions of seized vessels and hall report of the possibility to use these vessels for Indonesian fishermen. It shall also assist in the settlement of procedural matters regarding foreign fishing vessels.
