Decree No. Kep 64/MEM/1993 is here revised by granting a more adequate help to "transmigrants" as defined by Act No. 15 of 1997 on Transmigration Affairs and Regulation No. 2 of 1999 n the implementation of transmigration. The Schedule sets out the kind of non-financial aid that is provided to forest squatters/transmigrants.
