This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants in article 5 on the obligation of persons that handle seeds to keep a register on seed trade in accordance with section 13 of the Act and in article 6 on the criteria for the certification of seeds. It also adds article 12a on printing of prescribed information on the package.
