This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends article 10 of the Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants concerning the exemptions that may be granted on the rules as laid down in articles 6 and 9 on varieties to be certified and marketing of them. The Food Safety Authority may at certain conditions authorize the placing on the market of seeds that are not certified by the regular procedure. Specific conditions also apply to strain seeds and assorted seeds.
