This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the catalogue of plant varieties in Schedule 2 (the list of species that shall comply with the protocols of the Community Plant Variety Office) and Schedule 3 (the list of species that shall comply with the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) test guidelines).
