This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed for grassland and fodder crops in article 5 on the obligation of producers, packers and traders of seed to keep registers, article 6 on the certification of seeds and plant species that may be certified and article 12 on printing of prescribed information on the package.
